Kickboxing Class - NEW!
Kickboxing is a high energy fitness class for all fitness levels. It is designed to increase cardio-vascular performance, strengthen the core, improve balance & increase muscle strength and flexibility.
Kickboxing uses the basic kicks and hand strikes of the Martial Arts as well as western boxing. Each class is formatted to incorporate high intensity interval training using body weight exercises, circuits, shields, targets or heavy bags. Floor work will focus on the abdominal muscle groups. Every class will end with a cool down stretch.
